Just a quick update to note that this week thanks to @amandapalmer I have made two musical discoveries. Both of these people were involved in the Who Killed Amanda Palmer album, so it is probably no surprise that I like them. Firstly, Zoe Keating who is a Cellist. Her latest album called Into The Trees is simply stunning. Zoe composes her music by layering cello tracks, creating the most amazing and mood evoking sound! I don’t normally by instrumental music, but quite honestly this is special. Secondly, and I am almost ashamed to admit this, but I had never listened to Ben Folds. Ben produced Who Killed Amanda Palmer, if you didn’t know. Ben is the most beautiful song writer and his piano playing reduced me to tears on one of his tracks! Check him out if you don’t know him, he is a truly brilliant song writer. And so, a perfect weekend for me? Inside by the fire listening to Amanda Palmer, Zoe Keating and Ben Folds all weekend long……….
